Academic Records
You can use the Academic Records tile from the Campuses page to set up campus-specific academic records information.
For example:
- School's policies for certain student-related situations, such as leave of absences, course cancellation and course retakes

Transfer-related options, such as Date Billed, Start Date, Last Day of Attendance, Required Course list options and activities for a staff member or financial aid advisor

Course Registration Sharing Groups (CRSG) provide the means for a campus to share a course with another campus, so that students have additional options for registering for course sections that may be filled or inconveniently scheduled at their regular campus

Waitlist defaults for course reservations

Add new course sections when online courses reach their capacity

To view the page, you must have System – Settings - Campuses - View authorization.
Access Method
Select the Settings tile > expand System > select Campuses > add or select a campus > select the Academic Records tile.)
